I tried to order room service for a half hour before I ended up going to the restaurant myself to order it. I did call the front desk to inquire why no one was answering the phone to which I was told “ just keep trying”. After going down to order the food, I said I would bring it up myself because I didn’t want cold food and they still charged me the 4 euros in delivery charge. Breakfast buffet - food was good but the one woman on a Saturday morning was running around doing everything. She was absolutely wonderful! I wish she had help. There was not enough room for everyone at the buffet to sit and eat without sharing tables with strangers. Not ideal at all.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating for our request to an early check-in. The gym facility was great, clean, and the machines worked. However, the room that we were given had a strange sewage odor coming from the bathroom. It would go away after some time, but would return if the toilet was used.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The front desk clerk was able to make an accommodation for me after booking the wrong kind of room. The restaurant staff were pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic. Great stay for an overnight.
