Buenas tardes Jacqueline , lamentamos no haber cumplido con sus expectativas. Pero usted en la fecha de salida de hoy se ha ido del hotel sin pagar unos extras pendiente del bar-restaurante. Contactamos con usted respecto al pago y nos dijo que volvería a pagar la cuenta y no ha vuelto. Le pedimos que nos facilite una tarjeta bancaria válida para poder realizar el cobro. Atentamente.
