Such a lovely modern hotel in a prime location

Pros: So modern, spacious, so much character!

Cons: Kettle, tea and coffee in room

This hotel blew me an my partners expectations. Its something off grand designs. The room was very very clean and was a great size. The only disappointment I would say we would have preferred a kettle and tea's and coffee in the room. The other disappointment we had was in regards of the shower, the first night we arrived I tried to have a shower and the plug was taking a very long time taking the water down, I called front desk and showed them and they advised they shall sort it first thing tomorrow and offered us a room change, but as it was late and we had unpacked we generally couldn't be bothered. The next day we used the sower though the water was taking forever to go down and we went on with our day exploring Barcelona. When we got back and took a shower again the shower was still not fixed. This was very disappointing for such a lovely establishment it really let it down. Other than that the location is very close to the metro and bus services. Where the hotel is situated is very quite and extremely beautiful.

Das Hotel ist in einem schönen Quartier gelegen. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die ins Stadtzentrum fahren, Apotheken etc.sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Klasse Hotel

Schönes Hotel, leicht abgelegen, aber wunderbar mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Wir sind Bus/Bahn/Nachtbus tatsächlich auch gefahren, da wir uns mal wieder ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten von Barcelona in Erinnerung rufen wollten, da der letzte Aufenthalt teilweise 18 Jahre her ist. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte laufen. Wir sind an einem leicht regnerischen Tag bis zur Avenguda Diagonal gelaufen und sind später in der Region Eixample essen gegangen. Das Hotel ist super schön, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Wir verließen uns auch oft auf die Empfehlungen der Mitarbeiter und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) hat eine gute Größe. 2 kleine Rollloffer-absolut kein Problem. Bodenlange Fenster, außen gepflegter Bambus. Ein schönes und modernes Hotel in einer tollen Gegend.

Mauvaise Qualité de l hôtel

Mauvais personnel qui ne parle pas le français, un anglais vraimment pas terrible, qui préfère téléphoner as ses amis plutôt que de venir s'occuper des clients et après 10 minutes deignent enfin as s'occuper de vous est incapable de nous donner la moindre infos sur les activités et restaurant de barcelone. Le restaurant qui est situer au cœur de l'hôtel n'en parlons pas le menu proposer médiocre et n'est afficher qu en espagnol et la cuisine honnereuse de mauvaise qualitée Hôtel situes loin de toutes activité La seule chose pas trop mal fait est le le ménage des chambre Bref un hôtel dont je ne suis pas prêt d'y retourner. Télévision médiocre Mini piscine dans la salle due aux porte de douche mal isoler
