I called ahead to make sure they had the ac working (most Europe they turn it off depending on weather outside) they promised it was on and working to full capacity and when I got there the room wouldn’t cool below 75 degrees. I asked them to fix it and they never did, also the street is on isn’t that nice it’s not really on plaza España it’s about 2 blocks away.

Room was upgraded to a family suite no charge. Staff was very friendly and tourist kind. Did not like local nightclub across the street closing and discharging patrons at 3:00 AM.
