Brilliant location. Clean hotel.welcomed everytime by door man. Staff were friendly and room was ready early. Only breakfast option was a coffee bar attached to hotel that I could see with pastries etc. We did not receive our VIP benefits, free drinks pp and upgrade if available- I asked and staff did not seem to be aware. One morning there was no hot water but it was a hotel wide issue. The lobby was busy but I feel it was customers of coffee bar not hotel guests taking up area with laptops etc.

This place was just okay, but considering the price, i would have opted for elsewhere to get a bit more luxury. Rooms were very small. Coffee shop and bar downstairs were convenient.

Our room was spotless. It was stocked with fresh snacks every night, and freshwater. All the employees of the hotel were very friendly. We had a wonderful time at the Godfrey.
