I would never stay here again. The staff is rude. The food is not even edible and they don’t clean the tables after people eat. The beach is small The only thing good is the temperature and sunshine

The rooms are absolutely barren. We were promised a royal junior suite , it was nothing like that. The food was bland the drinks were watery and bottom shelf booze was served. The sanitation rating just at the bar should be negative number. So gross!!! The beach would fit in my yard. Waterpark/ mini golf not open. No one said a word at check-in.1 towel in room. Numerous other problems. Staff at check-in so nice and most all the staff we met were very nice.

Out of eight in our party, seven of us got horrendously sick with severe diarrhea and vomiting. We can pin point it to the food, unfortunately. The resort is old and the food repetitive. The play park was nice but felt unstable. Staff were helpful and congenial but communication was limited. We would not return.

This resort was splendid! Surpassed my family’s expectations, it was truly an amazing experience. Maricruz and Alex were amazing with the daily activities, and the buffet and bar were great every time. We would definitely book again.

We went to All Ritmo for our Christmas break. The experience was excellent! It was my kids first time in Mexico and we all can't wait to travel back. The waterpark was the main attraction for us. It was clean and well maintanied and hours of fun. Considering it was the holidays, the resort wasn't busy. There was a variety of food choices in the restaurant. The snack bars were typical options. The weeds on the beach got cleaned up regularly. The ocean itself was warm and very clean, no seaweeds. The resort is in what looks like an older part of Cancun but safety wasn't a concern. The resort is older so there was constant maintenace happening. Our room was clean, and cool for our enjoyment. Housekeeping was always available. The staff was very pleasant. Overall, highly recommend.

If they can't cool a lot stay at different types of resource to try to get a field up things, but I must say this resort was very disappointing. The staff was never on time. Did not bring towels to the rooms. I have to call tonight during the 4 lights of my stay. Because I have problems with the noise. Come to find out they have employees. That live there and their employees were the ones that was making all the noise. No one did anything about the situation.Would just move me to another room which was even worse. Went to the breakfast area to eat breakfast.One of the staff members was over there, sneezing and literally wiping his face in his nose with nothing but his bare hands.I have to tell the gentleman.Please go and wash your hands.And he did, but got an attitude as well.Would not recommend....

It was a nice vacation for 5 nights for our family of 4 including two kids. Nice foods in all inclusive. We were staying in a standard room on the other side of the road, towards the water park. Spacious room with two beds. Bathroom was big. Lovely hard-working staffs. Two complaints - this room did not have WiFi. We were asked to upgrade to ocean view for extra $32 per night to have WiFi. We did not. One day it rained heavily. Water was dripping from bathroom top few occasions. But no problem in the bedroom. Overall nice quiet vacation at this beautiful resort.

Every guest I spoke to was receiving different benefits that the staff couldn’t answer to. The rooms were in poor shape, we had the smell of sewer gas coming into our room and we even changed rooms and then there were flies coming from the drains. There was no food service between 3:00pm-6:00pm. All inclusive meant you had 3 drinks to choose from, anything else was extra money for each drink. Water park was amazing, staff tried to help but most spoke little to no English.

Had an excellent time. Staff was friendly, buffet food was good, reservation dinners were nothing to brag about. For an affordable stay at a smaller, decently quieter resort, I would recommend this place for future stays.
