this place looks like it is falling apart . the food is super basic and the staff is no help . we were out of Ac for 2 days they ended changing us rooms and the bell desk was upset for helping us he started throwing our luggage around. the new room sheets were extremely dirty and full of hair . we complained and the staff told us it was cheap tickets fault because they control the Hotel. that is a lie I would never stay at this Hotel . the water park looks like its falling a part . we ended up leaving 4 days early going to another Hotel because this one was horrible

Food - very limited choices or never enough. Drinks - don't know how to make many drinks. May have to do with not enough varieties of alcohol Service attendant lack courtesy. If you don't understand money conversion, you will get swindled Room - very basic, dingy, cheap, felt unclean Event calendar - was never updated Reservations - never on time Overall - will not recommend. Kid friendly however, there’s no elevator so if u have little kids and strollers be prepared to carry them up and down. I asked for a first floor and they said they didn’t have none knowing my reservation was booked with a baby they should have been more mindful. The food was terrible not much of a food choice. Property looks like it’s falling apart.

Very unfriendly staff. There was a couple of people who were helpful. Overall unfriendly attitude towards guest. Asks for more water bottles. We’re told the 2 were complimentary and that’s it even though we had a family of 6. We wanted to order food late but didn’t speak spanish asked if they could help us order a pizza got a very hard rude no. Water park had brown water. Advertised as all inclusive COMPLETE LIE only beer and tequila. Food was the same everyday. Beach had piles of seaweed and stunk. Only think we were happy with was the cleaning service of the lady. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel is what you make it. It really is a 3 star hotel if you are use to 4 or 5 stars book it and dont waste your money on high expectations because you wont get it here. If you just need Beach, Pool, place to sleep then here is not that bad book it and call it a vacation in mexico. I honestly think the customer service is good which is what made my experience not so bad after all. Everyone was very nice and tried their best. However, I wont be back. I hope this helps!

We stay one night and it's was enough. The place is old, the pool is dirty, the food is not really good... The room was ugly, but clean. The toilet was block as the drain of the shower... the personnal was kind, but seem bored...and not really dynamic.

So I got a suite. No microwave. Ask for a plate and fork. We bought a cake for our anniversary they couldn’t accommodate us. No table and chairs in room. What we booked they said it was full so supposedly they upgraded us. I looked up the rooms what they put us in was cheaper then what we got.

This hotel is mostly for nationals and not international- tourist.We booked this hotel because of the water park, but when we got there the water park had black waters, outdated and smell like poop.We decided not too allow our kids to go so we had to leave the hotel for excursions. The room was super outdated and general the hotel/ pool needs to be outdated. The food and service was good but I had better food in Cancun. I tried to get a refund but the hotel refuse to give me a refund. If you want to stay here bc of the water park, the pictures are like 10 years older.

The worst experience of my life, beginning from the moment I arrived at the airport. All locals not only treat you without etiquette, and treat you without respect. Within the first day of my arrival, the tried to guilt-trip many tourists upon arrival. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they tried to charge me 100 USD to upgrade my room, and when I declined, the tried to pressure me even more by lowering the amount which I declined. When I finally entered the hotel room, It was stripped bare, did not have toothpaste or have any amenities. The food itself was horrible as well as the quality. The workers there did not treat me or my family and children with any respect. This hotel is the best hotel to never visit again. Over 90% of the Mexican people are liars and disrespectful people as they treat Americans horribly. By far the worst travel and hotel experience I have ever had in my life and Ive been in Mexico over 5 times during my life and it has never been so bad. This hotel doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. I will be sharing this review on all available platforms.

No Wifi in apartment/hotel room. Have to upgrade to higher room. Food was basic. International drinks like Baileys & Jack Daniel’s aren’t free even in the all inclusive package. More locals than tourists. Not everything Expedia says is included is actually included. Check the hotels website first.

While many reviews have noted that this is an older resort, it's worth reiterating. One downside was the resort’s practice of rinsing and reusing single-use drink cups, which felt unhygienic. The food options were typical of a budget all-inclusive — fairly generic and uninspired. If you consider yourself a foodie, you’ll likely end up wanting to dine elsewhere, and unfortunately, the resort’s location makes eating out quite inconvenient. Overall, if you're seeking a true all-inclusive experience, I would recommend investing in a resort at least double the price. On the other hand, if your goal is to explore, stay active, and sample local cuisine, it would be better to skip the all-inclusive model altogether and book a regular hotel instead.

The property needs improvement. It has potential but needs work. The buffet was awful. Food was not what I expected at all. I need a lot of excursions so never stayed on the resort much. But will not be going back. Customer service was also poor.
