Great place to relax after long flights from US West Coast. Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. Also very convenient & inexpensive getting to the Hotel from Cancun Airport by ADO Bus.

Older building but clean room with air-conditioning. Friendly staff. Just off a major street, so road /pedestrian noise can sometimes be an issue. Rooms need to have a safe / lockbox. Also a ‘bar fridge’ would be welcome. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping (including supermarkets) and a short walk to main bus terminal (for airport bus). But if lying on a beach is your thing, that’s a bit of a journey via local bus.

Nice small property on Tulum Ave downtown Cancun. Friendly staff and great service. Only thing was this trip the bar service and lobby bar restaurant were closed due to staffing issues. Understandable but the area close doesn’t have the quality and service as the hotel.
