I had an excellent experience staying in Suites Malecon Hotel. The staff treats you like a VIP guest. This hotel is very well maintained. The apartment was spotless, with super comfortable bedding, and a beautiful view. I would stay there again.

Two bed apt: Nice apt, very spacious, a little noisy but no problem. Small problem when arrived, patio door didn't lock and there was no key in the bedroom to balcony door, but notified maintenance and within fifteen minutes door was fixed and key was located. Great service. Super handy for Plaza Las Americas and downtown Cancun. A great stay and I would recommend it.
