We really enjoyed the variety of food options. There was many areas to the beach to sit or lay. Only bummer was being asked several times essentially about timeshare presentation but after day 2 we weren’t asked about it any longer. Wonderful kind staff that remembered us day to day. Great drink selection! Brand new pool area. Nightly entertainment was so fun!!!

Other than getting food poisoning, it was ok.

I got food poisoning when I ate at the peninsula restaurant. I was in my honeymoon so it really wrecked all plans. Pros: great service, large spacious suites. Cons: quality of food. The food that didn’t make me sick tasted ok, not great. Also, the beach area bar closes so early. At 5:30, we’re not sure why but that should definitely be extended since many couples wanted to watch the sunset with a cocktail.

Wonderful stay

Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great variety of food available. We had a slight delay at check-in but after the management was made aware, they went out of their way to ensure the issue was addressed and our stay was outstanding.

Just returned from a week at Fiesta Americana. This was not our first time there and it wont be our last. This resort has everything. We have stayed at many resorts in Cozumel and this is our favorite. There are so many food options! Mexican, Italian, Oriental, seafood and buffets. We also love the coffee shop. The staff is top notch Arturo, Gabriel, Edgar, Anani, Perla, Aaron to name a few. The spa is fabulous as well, we ended up getting 2 massages because the first one was so great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great snorkeling and tons of seating on the beach. We have absolutely no complaints and cant wait to go back.

Absolutely wonderful resort with enthusiastic and engaged staff, especially managers constantly walking around making sure stuff was cleaned and the area around provieded wondeful amenities like the snorkeling and variety of dining options on the ocean side especially the seafood dining that you could sit down at or they would bring you to wherever you were sitting, and on top of it, it was delicious, if they said they caught the food that morning i wouldnt be surprised, and every night the staff would take down and replace most of the cabanas every morning, A/C worked wonderfully in the rooms so much good stuff to say about the resort

The resort is lovely and snorkeling right in front is amazing. Not a ton of dining options as not all restaurants are open every night but you don’t lack for food. Staff was very attentive and gracious but they did ask us to listen to their membership pitch in exchange for a free excursion- not sure that was worth it. Spa massage was great! Overall wonderful trip for a girls vacation!

The resort was nice, the bar staff and waiters were excellent. But when we had a problem using the resort credit( through expedia) the resort was very unhelpful and argued with us. They don't like you if you book through expedia. But overall all the resort was good, clean. The pool was nice and new! Big bonus! Food was average.

This property is in the midst of a renovation. We stayed on the unrenovated side so there were a lot of repairs needed. Tile was missing from our private pool. The showerheads were dangling from the ceiling. The room was very moldy smelling. All caulking was moldy. The entry to our unit was near the staff entry which was loud and smelled like sewer. We ordered room service which never arrived. When we tried to order room service they said that numerous items were unavailable. Staff was very friendly and things were clean. The buffet was decent but could use improvement. We could not snorkel most of our stay so an alternate location that we could have been taken to would have been nice. The cevicheria was great. No Muscato wine was available so that was disappointing.

I wanted to love this property, but it wasn’t perfect or even great. I can’t see her never got back to me after they messaged if I needed anything. When I login for room service it showed prices meaning it was going to charge me. The buffet was OK. The specialty restaurants were a little bit better but still OK. Which is a good thing for an all inclusive. It could’ve been worse. There were towels and drinks that should’ve been picked up. I only got asked if I wanted to drink once when I was at the beach. Seemed very understaffed. Servers were very friendly and on par. They don’t rent snorkeling gear, which is shocking and surprising all at the same time. Bring your own. I guess overall I’d say I was super bummed about the food and the timing. I wanted to have lunch at noon, but it was closed and the other place. There was no seating. It was a great family place, lovely staff, safe clean overall. I appreciated the room Upgrade via Expedia, I had to ask for it and it was granted. Not sure what the concierge service is for if they don’t answer and don’t ask what you’re interested in i.e. shows etc. but they were nice on the first introduction. Bartenders by the pool very nice. But the pool was dirty and there was no bartender down at the pool. They would come down if you sat there, but would not hang out. One of my favorite parts about a pool bar at most all inclusive is the bartenders in their personalities. Very lacking.

Kids should kit be allowed at swim up bar. It is a bar for god sake and as an adult I had no room at the swim up bar. Kinda crazy. The pool is large let them use the rest. That being said bar tender should be at the pool side you had to beg for him to serve you from the upper level. Other than that place was great

The Good: You can snorkel from the property, but bring your own. They do not have gear to borrow or rent. The rooms are nice sized. Miguel at the pool gave us great service! The Cons: The rooms were a little damp and musty. There aren't many activities going on during the day. The biggest problem was they did not explain the VIP resort credit from Expedia when we checked in. We thought we could use it all at once in the spa, but when we tried to use it the day before we left, we were told that you can only use so much per day, so we lost most of resort credit that we would have used differently had we known. Plus, we spent money out of pocket that we shouldn't have had to. That should be clear either on Expedia's site or when you check in. It's almost like they don't tell you on purpose so you lose it. Marisol who was a manager in Guest Services was kind of rude and condescending when we questioned them about the credit. She seemed like because we booked through Expedia that we weren't important to them and told us it was our fault that we lost the credit. She insisted that her people explained the credit to us at check in, but they did not. In fact, at check in we had to ask about the credit and they just handed us some papers and said oh yes, here it is. We had another family in our party who also did NOT get it explained to them. We've had resort credit before and have NEVER had trouble using it. This was the first time.
