Horrible customer service by one of the frontdesk memebers. Took me 5 hrs to get in the room. I requested early checkin after an international flight. After 5 hr wait i was given a downgraded room. I wish i would have stayed somewhere else after all the inconvenience

Hotel is a bit outdated, internet is slow and the work table is too small (couldn't fit a laptop on it). Staff is great and the location was next to two mosques so loved hearing the Call to prayer.

A great place to stay in Dubai

The hotel was the only thing we liked about Dubai. The staff were friendly we had a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The sauna, steam room and gym were great too. The decor is a little dated but this does not detract from the overall experience. The only negative thing I would say is the breakfasts were very poor, stale food with bad service.
