I am very disappointed by the service of this hotel. The hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. I asked for a bottle of water and the lady got angry with me. I ask someone outside to support me with a cab the guy was so rude and short with me. Everyone in this hotel seems angry and rude I want my money back. I would never stay here again.

Good hotel but the room wasn't cleaned the day before leaving. We had no fresh towels and when I asked for some it took hours before they were brought up.

Dommage que les photos de présentation de la piscine ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les murs sont à l'état brut (béton, absence de fleurs, ...) et sont très proches du bassin. Pas vraiment la photo de présentation ! Les navettes vers la plage sont pratiques mais il serait judicieux d'augmenter les horaires. Exemple vécu : départ à 12h10, puis 50-60' de transfert pour arriver sur site. Finalement retour à 16h15! Pas vraiment optimum. Sinon, le séjour est appréciable : le personnel à l'écoute et attentionné, la nourriture de très bonne qualité, même s'il n'y a pas de grandes variations. La propreté est impeccable. Les photos sont trompeuses!
