The room is clean except for the carpeted area and the lights need some dusting. They need to steam clean the carpet on the sofa and bedroom area

Okay for a work stay but by a huge highway

This was okay as a work stay but don’t mistake the exaggerated photos for a holiday hotel — it’s in a huge highway, the pool is tiny. Overpriced for what it offers. Saving grace: the staff are very good!

Not the best location and expensive for what you get. Location was selected for the pool and view, which was great but very expensive ands sometimes exclusive, so you can’t even go there at night.

A trip made fabulous by the exemplary service at the hotel, a special thanks and call out to Naveed, Durga, from the restaurant, Taufiq from housekeeping, the front desk, and the chef : the spread prepared was to fitting for all pallets. Lastly, the event organised on New Years Eve was wonderful, thanks to the entire team.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade which was very welcome! Breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was also very nice. There is a weird vibe with the random choices of music on the rooftop bar but overall a very pleasant experience.

Newer hotel, cleanliness in bathroom was a little lacking. Shower didn’t appear to be kept up well. Room also smelled of smoke slightly when we arrived but cleared after running the a/c.
