The Staff are very professional and kind. The bathroom definitely need renovation, water flow pressure need to be steady. Toilet seat is detached and was not fixed when requested to. Sink faucet is visibly rusted and need replacement.

Fortune Karama was decently made to suit your business travel with good location and proximity to metro &taxi. Good food joints in hotel and nearby. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and co-operative. Especially Mandeep who helped a lot during my stay. Some sound of night clubs may disturb you until 2am but you gets used to it.

The rooms are horrible I had no fridge and the safe box was not working the AC is so loud and i tried reducing fan speed doesn’t work, I got a fridge after calling three times the reception for two days to install one, the room ceiling and walls are peeling and the music from the clubs below was continuous every night till 4:00 am it was very hard to sleep with all the noise and the staff in the corridors make a lot of noise even in late night times.

Little expensive for the value. Very noisy at night. Disco live band right at the entrance. Not suitable for family. Single like me with extreme budget issue can have a stay here. Don’t order food from hotel V Very expensive. The location is great for many many restaurants near by for BF/L/D.
