The aesthetic is golden! Literally! The hotel feels like sheer luxury. The bell men and front desk team were warm and welcoming. The staff in the common areas were also friendly and polite.

Wonderful stay. Staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Some amenities in the room need updated and additional deep cleaning. But overall, beautiful property and convenient to so many options. Everything I wished to do outside of planned excursions were within an 3-15 minute stroll. Loved my stay.

The Gevora Hotel was a wonderful stay for me. I spent 14 days here & loved every minute of it. I had room service about 10 times & dinner at Kitchen Gevora 2x. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Dubai Metro, which is extremely safe & affordable. Also there are always taxis & Careems/Ubers just outside the lobby.

The elevators were ridiculously slow and being that they have 4 elevators. I’ve had to wait more than 20 minutes for an elevator almost everytime I’ve had to use them. Then the facts that almost each night I’ve had to ask for towels for my room. They cleaned the room and never left towels not once. And had to wait 3-4 hrs for the towels to be delivered to the room. The food is not good at all. The shisha is bad, worse I’ve ever had. But the views are great.

My experience with the hotel was bad. I stayed in a regular room, it smelled, the valet crashed my car, and there’s only three elevators which the staff skip using the service elevators (they have two) and instead crowd the already crowded elevators with their cleaning equipment and tools.
