Choosing a hotel in Dubai for the first time is challenging, given many excellent options. Our two-week stay at Al Habtoor Palace was perfect, and we enjoyed every day. I read a review from a seasoned traveler who always returns here because of the staff’s genuine hospitality, and I can confirm that. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff made our stay memorable. Many knew our names, which added a personal touch. Special thanks to Shorouk, the friendly receptionist; Chat, the exceptionally helpful concierge; Dorothy, who greeted us every morning; Mohaned, who greeted us at breakfast with a smile and kind words; and waiters Zelle, May, and Yoon. The kitchen staff worked tirelessly, and the pastry chef’s beautiful creations were a highlight. The breakfast restaurant manager often stopped by to check on us personally. In the evenings, we loved dining at BQ French Kitchen and Bar—gracious manager, helpful waiters Ashif and Neel. Kiran, who welcomed us daily, and late-night concierge Stephen, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you, Adarsh and the housekeeping team, for keeping the rooms spotless. Convenient restaurants and a supermarket nearby made everything easy. The hotel’s complimentary shuttles to Dubai Mall and the beach were invaluable. Its prime location near landmarks and transport made exploring Dubai effortless. Overall, our experience was outstanding—luxury, architecture, and unparalleled hospitality truly set Al Habtoor Palace apart.

I fell in love with this hotel. It was beautiful and beyond my expectations. This palace was where who’s who stays. I would recommend this place overall for its unique architecture and wonderful atmosphere. When in Dubai stay here!!! So much to see and restaurants on premises

We stayed here 7 nights and had the most excellent experience. The staff is courteous and delightful, the property itself is well kept. Breakfast is expansive and healthy. The gym and spa are lovely too. It’s an excellent experience overall. The highlight are the rooms, very large and best amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were courteous. The only snag is that the fridge bar wasn’t stocked well. Aside from that, I really like this hotel and recommend it. I’ll surely return here on my next visit to Dubai.

The Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. This property is absolutely beautiful and the service is 1st class and impeccable. Our butler Jackie and her crew were just amazing with all the extra touches for our anniversary. This was an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival and late departure. The breakfast buffet is extensive and top quality with ample food and beverage options. The room comfort was amazing and the cleanliness of the room and property was spotless! This hotel is one I would highly recommend and certainly return to.
