The positive about the hotel • It was extremely clean and staff were friendly. • Free drop off and pick up to Jumeirah beach, which was good. • 20 minute walk to mall of emirates • A mosque across the road • Sharaf DJ station 5 minute walk • Breakfast was ok The negatives • Hotel rooms were extremely small and we was shocked at how small they were, compared to the previous hotels we stayed at. When I mean small I’m not exaggerating. We were a family of 3, room only had a double bed to share and Sofa bed which was misleading and sold as 3 single beds on Ebookers. I spoke to hotel as it was smaller than shown and asked for a bigger room, was told it was the biggest room they had. If your a family, be wary when booking as rooms are very small. • Parking is difficult for taxis and excursion pickups and they pick you up from across the road. • During our stay we noticed a smoke smell coming from the floor 6 we were staying at and I was told it was coming from the air Vents as some reviews have mentioned. • WIFi is very poor and slow compared to any other hotel in Dubai I have stayed at. • There was some power cuts during our stay. • Breakfast was ok but hit and mis some days, as some stuff was overcooked, left out for to long and was cold. Due to me booking this hotel last minute for 9 days I had limited choice. I would not stay here again only based on the size of the rooms, bathroom and WiFi, can’t fault staff as they were good.

Très mitigée. Point positif de l'établissement prés d'un métro. Dés le premier jour nous avons signalé que le coffre ne marchait pas, un monsieur nous a dit venir dans 15mn, il n'est jamais venu!! Propreté de la chambre à revoir, on s'est même demandé si le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Pas mieux pendant le séjour!! Merci à Melissa à l'accueil pour son aide pour les taxis
