The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good and have variety. But during my stay from 24th August till mid September i had a friend to visit me and a women from the staff charged me 150 AED to have my friend to my room for couple of hours, is this normal

Very good service and fabulous breakfast buffet selections with different menu every day. Hoi, Teresa, Abaas and all other staff including shed Nanda and Gaurav were great. If we ever return to Dubai we will come stay at Hyatt Place for sure.

Friendly and accomodating crew. The hotel is huge meaning there many room options and the facilities/amenties are extensive. Management listen and seem to genuinely care about guest needs. My stay was 4 weeks and the housekeeping crew did their best to make the hotel feel more homey. From the management team, Almas was a god send and instrumental in making the stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
