The receptionist promised to refund an extra night that I didn’t spend at the hotel as I had to leave for an emergency. As per his guidance, I just needed to send an email to Expedia as I am not the director booking maker and Expedia is acting as a man in the middle tourism agency. The hotel rejected the refund request and I can’t do anything about it. Totally dishonest and incompetent.

It’s the real deal. Proper 5 star hotel

It’s the real deal. Proper 5 star hotel. Club members get to enjoy more. Well maintained hotel. Not stingy on comfort things like complimentary refills for water, tooth brush, shaving kit etc. even though their pool was under repairs, there was a good alternative at the top floor of the residence.

Everything was ok, the stuff did their best but the quality of the hotel was not for the 5 stars. The breakfast was too expensive. For a 5 stars hotel the breakfast should be free.
