Highly recommended hotel stay

Excellent hotel, right next to World Trade Centre. All of the staff from Reception to Housekeeping very helpful and efficient. Restaurant food good standard and reasonable prices. Breakfast, excellent selection however very busy but always found a table. 5 minute walk to Metro into the centre.

Very convenient. Clean great location.

It was good. A few very small problem. The electric kettle would turn off the power to all the outlets when plugged in, even off. I did not know this and asked them to fix the outlets several times. So I could charge my phone and laptop. Eventually the man that cleans the room showed me the circuit breakers, and I figured out to unplug the kettle. I put it on its inductive base at some point? In the morning nobody had come to check. I mentioned at the desk, but they never sent a different kettle. But I only use them to boil water to make sure it is safe, and this hotel made show my room had free filterres water every day. So no harm done. Overal the staff was great.

close to the Trade Center. location. but the Gym really needs improvement. the only cable machine was broken. I reported it many times during my 7-day stay, and my company friends who were staying there also reported it. but nobody fixes it.

1) You should allow family to escort you up to your room if you have large bags. 2) Don’t be so robotic and try adding some human quality to your services. 3) Not appealing. I will never stay at this place again.
