The room was good size with all basic amenities. We were unable to cast the mobile or laptop to the TV as it did not work. The remote batteries were weak. We were offered to upgrade the room at 11pm but did not take that option as didnt want to shift that late. Also had requeated for car wash, including an early morning reminder - however it was not done which left my husbamd extremely upset as he heade for an important meeting.
The spa facilities are 5 star. However the hydra jet in the jacuzzi was not working.
Had requested a cake for pre birthday celebration. Was very kind of thwm to arrange.
Royal bathroom with good fittings.
