Staff was very courteous and respectful. The hotel is in a great location. The room was nice but the carpets were dirty and stained. I enjoyed my stay other than the carpet issue.

Very friendly staff, the lady on the reception was very welcoming. Large, very clean room. Room service quick and food, particulary the pizza very good. The hotel's Makar Scottish bar was excellent, the two Indian waiters are a big asset, they were very friendly, chatty, plus the food was amazing. We also went to Harat's Irish bar again great staff. Would recommend.

Very clean, friendly service, great amenities on site and close by. Enjoyed the view of the waterfront, burj khalifa is visible from the hotel. Great waterfront walk path with all amneties along the path.
