Club on 9th floor very noisy, had to be moved after repeatedly insisting i could not sleep. Goes on till 3am! The hotel is nice but i wouldnt say it was a great raddison blu...i have stayed in much better so felt it was more expensive to value

Issues with check in - had booked 2 rooms both under my name - would not let my friend check in until I arrived - even though he had the booing details - ha had just landed on s flight from Bangkok and was made to wait in the lobby. Could be better. Apart from that -the hotel is clean and comfortable and in a good location.

I have been able to investigate fully the incident and would like to inform - Both bookings' were made under your name and there were no details provided by the agency as who would be staying in the other room booked. Upon your friend arrival, as he could not provide any document with the approval, he was asked for your contact number to which a call was made, but it went unresponded. Your friend preferred to wait as he mentioned you would arrive in next 15 minutes. I hope this clarifies the entire incident as without your prior approval, hotel's cannot give away a booking to anyone claiming for a particular booking. It was a nice stay. Expect by ordering food they charged every day for the same order other prices and once I got instead of 6 pieces meet just 4 and they charged me with a higher price then in the menue..that was quite strange. And the reason was absolutely stupid - the waiter told me they changed that. But I ordered the same a day before and the menue was also still the same!

Great Hotel

Pros: Friendly staff and always willing to please
Cons: Nothing
Excellent service form the staff. Was upgraded on arrival as room was not ready. Breakfast was fantastic and catered for all Hotel facilities were good and everywhere was clean

Okay hotel close to Media City

Pros: The bathroom is nice.
Cons: Be honest with guests
Location: Short taxi ride to JBR - has so many things to do, restaurants etc and I'd recommend visiting the Sikh Gurdwara in Jebel Ali, again a short taxi ride
We booked the hotel as it had a nice pool area and looked close to the beach, upon arrival we weren't told that the main pool was closed for repair works, the other pool available on the terrace had a depth of 5ft 9 so not really the safest for us as we're all 5ft 4 and under..the option we were given was a 'possible' lift to another hotel 10 mins away to use their pool - which was a nice enough gesture but not really the point, it would have been nice to have been told prior to arrival that we wouldn't be able to use the pool. We stayed Thursday - Sunday....the hotel failed to tell us they host parties on the terrace on Thurs & Friday night....we were kept awake until 3am both nights - I called reception to ask when the music would be switched off and was told both times that it would be turned off shortly but was at least 1 hour until it was turned off. Overall the rooms are nice - cosy but nice enough, the walls however are paper thin, so could hear the couple next door screaming. I did ask to speak to someone upon check out but noone was available.

A clean hotel with good service. Very easy to catch a cab in the front of hotel. Short distance walk to the nearest tram station.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel

Gut und sauber, sollten aber jedoch wenigstens eine Person haben im Hotel die noch Deutsch, Französisch od Italienisch kann. Es konnte niemand eine andere Sprache ausser Englisch.
