Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share a review post your stay experience. I am sorry to read your disappointment highlighting your disappointment with our reception team. I have been able to investigate fully the incident and would like to inform - Both bookings' were made under your name and there were no details provided by the agency as who would be staying in the other room booked. Upon your friend arrival, as he could not provide any document with the approval, he was asked for your contact number to which a call was made, but it went unresponded. Your friend preferred to wait as he mentioned you would arrive in next 15 minutes. I hope this clarifies the entire incident as without your prior approval, hotel's cannot give away a booking to anyone claiming for a particular booking.
