I rant the hotel 4 times and they told me I could not reschedule or cancel as I booked threw ebookers who I could not get on the phone for 1 week no matter how many times I tried ringing and emailing and when I did get there they said the hotel classes it as a no show and refused to give me a refund or reschedule the booking which I obviously didn’t go on over the coronavirus

The best thing about Sherston grand was their staff. They seem to be on a mission to make you feel wonderful about your stay in the hotel. Of course breakfast was simply amazing everything well and truly cantered for in the restaurant

The apartment was very big and spacious. The hotel was slightly far from the big attractions.

The Customer Service was really top notch, from the minute we checked in at the hotel till we checked out. The Apartment was very big, clean with comfortable beds. Loved every minute of the stay.

The property location is excellent with easy access to the Metro. There is lack of staff in the Club Lounge which comprises the service at breakfast times. The room sink tap design is poor and prone to banging your head into the tap as it cannot be rotated to one side.
