Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and had amazing staff members. Allan was great; he always asked about our day and had excellent customer service skills. Melissa was also great; she made the birthday surprise I had for my friend smooth and easy. I appreciated that.
The only reason I gave it 4/5 was because the experience at the spa wasnât great. I wanted to book a spa service for both my friend and me since it was her birthday, and I always look forward to the spa services everywhere I go. However, when we arrived at the spa, we felt judged. When we asked for the services, it was like we were being rushed out. The atmosphere wasnât welcoming, which was disappointing because I had an amazing experience at the spa in Sofitel Marrakech and was looking forward to the one in Dubai. Unfortunately, we had to book a spa outside the hotel.
Overall, the experience was good, though. All the staff downstairs were amazing, the housekeeping was great, and the breakfast was 10/10. There were many options to choose from, and the restaurant was very beautiful and clean.
