Terrible service. The staff is very unhelpful and disrespectful, specially to black people. We went to the dinner buffet and the man there yelled at us because we were 4 minutes early. We were told it started at 6 pm, we were there at 6:26 and the doors were not locked so we walked in. As we started looking at the buffet, he walked out of the kitchen and yelled at us like we were little kids. The next day we tried booking our stay using our points, we arrived at the hotel at 8 pm after a long day visiting, and they told us we had to call Singapore to use our points even though we had a confirmation and had booked everything online. In Singapore it was midnight and everything is closed. So we had no choice but to find a place to stay for the night. Our card was not working that is why we wanted to use our points. They are very quick to take payment but if you want to use your points you must call Singapore. Well then if you want to take my money you better call my bank in US too. So unprofessional.

Located almost beside the metro meant that it was very easy getting to other parts of Dubai. The buffet breakfast was great with staff very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated having the 2-bedroom apartment.
