I liked the close proximity to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall , also the hotel has a free bus every hour throughout the day to Dubai mall. Staff were nice and friendly and very helpful. I booked through Expedia and I booked for 1 adult but I also has two of my family members coming to stay in a room with a capacity of 3 people but I was asked to pay extra for the 2 additional adults but we didn’t even have breakfast included and the hotel when I messaged on the day I booked didn’t mention there will be a cost. I was told three days before checking in about that which kind of shocked me and when I arrived to the hotel , they did confirm the extra cost. Overall good hotel and area , food and drinks are pricey for sure and quality is good. Business Bay Area where this hotel is located is busy though so walking could sometime be better than driving or taking a cab.

The hotel on the outside is not that impressive for Dubai. The rooms are nice but just ok for Dubai. The hotel is Indian themed and most of the guest when I stayed there were Indian. The breakfast buffet was mainly Indian food with few American/Western options. They have a night club that was very lively. For Dubai I'd give this hotel a 5 out of 10. If it was located in anyother city in the world I'd give it 8 out of 10.
