Very disappointing freezing night

The room was freezing as the seal on the window did not work The weather was cold but the heating wouldn’t stay on to warm up the room. The staff in the end had to provide me with an electric heater

Great hotel at a excellent location! Really enjoyed the place. Only thing was that our windows at the room didn’t close very good. Especially in the bathroom it got cold. It’s a small thing but annoying when you need to pee at night 😅

Decent location - we were able to walk to all of the sites that we wanted to cover Good breakfast but pricey I would have rated higher but the rooms were expensive so normally I expect more value, perks. That said - Dublin is pricey in general

Best asset: hotel is very centrally located, walkable to shopping, eating, historical destinations. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Stay included full hot breakfast + small continental breakfast offerings. Very clean, comfortable room.

This is more of a boutique hotel just south of shopping and dining options. Once you figure out the location you will be 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. You may feel the hotel is 'out of the way' but its not. The lobby is simple and small as are the rooms but they have a small breakfast area and smaller (but nice) bar area to hav a drink after exploring.

Fantastic place to stay!

The staff at the hotel are so polite and helpful. The breakfast was great! Such a great place to stay with many great shops and pubs near the hotel.
