My wife and I enjoyed our 6-night stay at Zanzibar Locke in Dublin from 11/12/25 to 11/18/25. We like the all-around convenience and have referred Zanzibar Locke to our relatives/friends. Will definitely book our revisit to Dublin with Zanzibar in the future.

The room is a good size compared to most traditional hotels and offers a wide variety of amenities within the room such as a washer/dryer, oven, refrigerator and dish washer. Grace at the reception area was very welcoming and friendly during our stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Zanzibar Locke. We actually upgraded last minute and the staff were more than accommodating. The apartment was really nice and well equipped with everything you need. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit.

The pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, pubs, museums, etc. Access to a quick breakfast downstairs and in room kitchenette makes getting a quick snack simple. The cons: Room temperature control did not work in the two rooms we were in. I don't know why but the hotel is hot. Other guests stated their bathroom was like a sauna and we found it difficult to sleep. The windows don't open more than an inch or two and this is the only way to keep the room comfortable even in November. Turning down the heat would be more eco-friendly, comfortable and profitable. The lighting in the rooms is also inadequate.

Perfect location just across the bridge from Temple Bar, and within 5 mins of the bus / coaches to / from the airport. Staff were super attentive and friendly, check in easy. Loved the room & the coffee from the cafe was great.

This was my home base for four nights. The staff checked me in with ease, and early at that. This was much appreciated. The location was ideal near the Ha'penny Bridge. Groceries and restaurants were a short walk away. I utilized the kitchen for several meals as well as the washer and dryer on my last night. Despite proximity to bustling streets, the rooms are quiet during the evenings. The rooms are well considered in layout, design and cleanliness. The bathroom was also a gem. Every staff member encountered was kind and professional.

What a great place. The Locke studio was beautiful, the staff very friendly and accommodating. So close to everything and the bus stops are a short walk. Ireland is a beautiful country of incredible people!

Great place to stay for the convenience of temple bar and other places to walk to eat and see, close enough to Guinness and Jameson for a 20 minute walk. Great service from staff and the appliances and kitchenette were great, bed was quite stiff but that’s alright. Good deal for Dublin.

We were in Dublin for 11 days and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to Teeling, Jamison, and Guinness all under 30 minutes. Temple Bar is less then a 5 minute walk and walking to locations for day tour pickups were all less then 15 minutes. Plenty of pubs and shopping around. My only negative is the hotel needs to habe better instructions for use of the washer and dryer in the units. Staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again.
