We had an amazing stay! Room was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Loved the living room/kitchenette, that had coffee maker and tea kettle and was replenished when needed. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, via text or even call. Our room was a good size and had 2 balconies that opened up. One night (Halloween) the crowd below was loud but I closed the wood panel and it helped considerably. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay in Lisbon! As someone who can struggle with dust and environmental allergies, the rooms were clean and tidy. It is clear considerable thought was put into the design and features of the suites. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would book again and would recommend to others.

The good is location! Close to everything. However the room is very small and furnished like a dorm. The bed not comfortable, pillows and comforter low quality synthetic. I would not stay here again. This hotel needs some investment to make it nicer.

Staff we interacted with were both excellent. Both were very friendly and helpful. A bit disappointing was that the front desk was seldom covered beyond 5pm on the days we were there. Having someone there till 10pm as advertised would have been helpful at times. We love the location.

We had room 302 which was larger than we expected. The separate living room/kitchenette provided space and privacy. The team, from reception to cleaning services, and the emails exchanged before arrival made everything smooth and easy. My only small quibble is that the towels were changed daily (hence the 4 stars on eco-friendly) even though we left them hanging. The location is perfect and we highly recommend Chiado Suites.
