We had such a great stay! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. Location is great . Easy to move around . The staff at reception is helpful . Most importantly , you can grab a taxi n alight at the front door of the hotel . The room is spacious for 4 persons n the breakfast is great too . Highly recommended ti book this apartment hotel if you plan to go Lisbon . The only drawback could be a bit noisy at night but small issues as the convenience and cozy room stands out

Chiado Arty Flats was wonderful in every way. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the breakfasts were plentiful and good. We would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.
