The service at the hotel was amazing. Not only was the room amazing the amenities were 2nd to none. The lobby was always stocked with drinks and snacks. The concierge was always there to help and the restaurant was excellent. They offered walking tours for free. The location was walking distance to several attractions like Pink St, and Time Out Market.

Great hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! Upon checkin member of the front desk staff personally showed us around the facilities and immediately made us feel at home. Special shout outs to retaurant manager, Christopher, Conciege, Anna and of course Paolo who was always there to help with bags, taxis and offer guidance. Fantastic stay!

I cannot express how incredible my experience was at this hotel. I happened to be here during the blackout in Portugal and the staff worked over time to ensure we had a great experience given the circumstances. Peter, who may have been the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and communicated the very latest wish us. I made several attempts to head to the airport to see if I could fly home and each time they assured us they’d set aside a room at a discounted rate if we were turned away (we were) and they allowed us to return on several occasions. I know exactly where I plan to stay should I visit Lisbon again. I can’t thank the entire staff there enough. Don’t hesitate to book here,

I would highly recommend this hotel! The facilities and the staff were beyond excellent. The unexpected extras such as water, juices, Easter breads and candies were a special treat. Meals were also excellent. A lovely place to stay.

The property is very service oriented. Outstanding effort by staff. Room was very nice and clean. Somewhat hip with the mood music and lighting in the bath/shower. Property location is good, within a few blocks of Praca Comercio and Time Out Market and steps to Pink Street. Big kudos as on our final night, Portugal/Spain/France experienced the blackout. With no power and water until about 10:30pm, they provided us with a free meal as no restaurants or supermarkets were open.

Everyone in their staff is beyond nice! They were super accommodating. Between my husband’s dietary needs, and the way they handled the power outage, their service impeccable! I absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s newly renovated and their location is excellent!

Although the rooms are in somewhat of a need of an update, this hotel and its staff more than make up for it. Service standards from the front desk to housekeeping to the wonderful breakfast, were top notch. Many small touches from a drink of the day in the lobby to cookies upon departure. They are all well deserving of their high rating.

Magnificent. The location in the old town could not be better. The staff are amazing, very cheerful and caring. Unexpected extras for free are two hour gúided walking tours twice each day and wine in the lobby each evening.

This hotel is fabulous. From the minute you arrive the service is impeccable. And they offer so many complimentary services like free guided walking tours, happy hours, wine, port, and spirit tastings, free bottle of wine on check-in, and a free nightly treat, and plenty of snacks offered downstairs and elevator lobbies. The staff is very welcoming, accomodating, and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the lounge downstairs shows the historic Lisbon stone wall. The location is very convenient to tourist sites and transportation. My only regret is having to check out. Thank you Corpo Sonto!

Terrific location and helpful staff that can get anything you need. No nickel and diming at this hotel, rooms have a free mini-bar and there are also complimentary snacks in the main lobby. Overall, great experience and perfect for vacation.

Room rate includes lots of extras. Excellent breakfast, happy hour, greeting gifts, departure cookies, house-made ice cream, and more. Very responsive to all requests. Nice that the hotel is near the river on a flat area, so you can easily walk the area without wondering about your cardio-capacity! We would stay again for sure and recommend to friends.
