Fantastic Hotel and staff. I cannot imagine a better more welcoming staff. The hotel's location was excellent. We enjoyed the sauna/spa experience. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was very well appointed, great sleep. Great bathroom. Cleaning staff were very nice... morning and evening. I look forward to returning.

Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. I could not have picked a better place for our 1st visit to Lisbon!!! It was just PERFECT.

Because the staff are so friendly and accommodating , this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever enjoyed . It’s centrally located for many sites and great public transportation to other sites . The breakfast was terrific!

Historic hotel with lots of heart

The hotel was perfectly located, the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible. So kind and helpful, they even noticed it was my birthday and brought us complimentary champagne and cake at our breakfast. It was such a lovely stay and we cannot wait to return, which we absolutely will be!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in great condition—well maintained and very clean. The staff were incredibly charming and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect: just steps away from the vibrant Pink Street and within easy walking distance to both TimeOut Market and the train/subway station, which made exploring Lisbon effortless. The food in the hotel restaurants was delicious, and we really appreciated the thoughtful VIP amenity—a lovely bottle of local wine. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon!

If I could give this property a million stars I would!!! The service is beyond top notch, we have stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is the best service by far. Andre was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs. This was our first hotel in Portugal so Andre and his team set the bar very high for the rest. Our second stay was in Porto although it was beautiful, the service did not even come close to Corpo Santo. Highly recommend staying at the Corpo Santo, you will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Lots of free food, drinks, and goodies in the lobby. The free two-hour walking tours are a must. I was only able to do two of them but wish I had made time for more. The included breakfast is fantastic. The free spa area are was great, with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and more. Book this hotel. You will not regret it!!

Excellent Customer Service!

We stayed at the Corpo Santo hotel after hearing about it from a pal. She had raved about it, and honestly I thought our high expectations might lead to disappointment. They were met and exceeded. This hotel had the best customer service of any we have stayed. The free walking tour (nice job Anna!) was very well done, moving at a perfect pace with a knowledgeable leader. The rooms were immaculate and the ambient lighting and music in the shower was a nice touch. The location is great and we would highly recommend. Every single touch point showed thought, and we were taken care of at each turn. Don’t miss the ruins in the basement and fun snacks in the lobby!

One of the most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The hotel is also extremely generous – free and unlimited bottles of water (still and sparking) and soft drinks, free snacks all day round, free walking tour everyday, and free wine tastings every day. The room is also very nice and sound proof. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to Lisbon!

A Truly Remarkable Experience

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and when above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel. The metro station was just a 7 minute walk to the hotel. We took public transportation everywhere and the bus and tram stops were right outside. The hotel offered 2 amazing walking tours every day. I highly recommend it. The hotel constantly provided free snacks the whole day and free wine tasting in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
