Wonderful little gem of a hotel within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing and helped arrange a car for us to the airport and gave an awesome dinner recommendation at Altar, 5 minutes away. Our WiFi didn’t work in the room but it wasn’t a problem. The room was a spacious 2 story room with sofa bed downstairs. Keep that in mind when booking as the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs are narrow and could be tricky in the dark, there are single story rooms available as well.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Reception staff very helpful, and delicious breakfast . I gave 4stars because the shower had signs of mould but it didnt affect our stay. Ideal location, easy to catch a bus, tram.or tuk tuk. Plenty of dining options near by if you dont want to go downtown. Would recommend a food & wine tour to help getvsome idea of delicacies to try.

The property was in the heart of Lisbon which was convenient when looking for sites to see or restaurants to eat at. There was no parking which was fine since we did not have a car. We did have to walk a short distance to meet our tour guides since they could not get to the hotel to pick us up. The staff was friendly and the paid breakfast was good. We had an issue with the shower not draining which resulted in a small flood but easily cleaned up. We had to unclog the hair from the drain ourselves in order for the shower to work properly.

An oasis of serenity

An oasis of order, serenity in the chaos of the Alfama. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Our room was excellent, the breakfast was great, the courtyard was a nice place too regroup together in between exploring the city.
