All housekeeping staff gets five stars despite rooms needing updating (some mold). Maintenance successfully fixed a shower head that didn’t work. Breakfast was okay but no daily variety. Front desk staff was usually MIA or not overly helpful. Some of day desk staff was around but any other time no answer of calls for over 30 minutes on more than one occasion. Best place to find them if they were on the property was out front smoking. One particular gentleman didn’t known how to verify shuttle reservations where his colleague had earlier verified—he may need training from her.

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Loved their breakfast options. Very delicious and tasty food. Room was clean and modern but very small even for a couple. Location is a good 25 minutes walk to Liberty avenue

It is good enough honestly. I didn’t realise how small the room was going to be but I got used to it. Had to switch rooms after the first night because there was an intoxicating smell that kept choking me while I slept. But they changed my room and got a better one which I liked. The breakfast doesn’t change it’s the same everyday but it’s good enough. I would recommend it for solo or adult travelers NOT for families.

Pros: excellent value for the price. We stayed one night before our flight home. Room was clean and check in was super fast. Front desk was super helpful and even lent us a charger. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Indian restaurant Cons: if you are sensitive to noise, highly recommend asking for a room that doesn’t face the street. Even with the windows closed, you can hear traffic. Shower could have been cleaner and the water bottle was not cleaned.

Excellent value for money.

Hotel was very easy to find and convenient for the metro station, only a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the Metro was also only a few stops away from many central sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available. Lots of local restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel and a convenience store / mini market just accross the road. Breakfast was more basic than some other hotels however plentiful and was as described when booking. Bathroom facilities good although the walls were frosted glass so maybe not suitable for certain groups of travellers due to slight lack of privacy.

The staff at this little hotel are kind and professional. My room was super clean and very quiet. AC works really well. Grewat water pressure in the shower. Amazing location far enough from the tourist crowds but close enough to all attractions. I loved the breakfast as well! Included fruit, pastry, eggs, cheeses, cereal, a variety of cold and hot breakfast meats. I will returns to this hotel with my family!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The beds were quite hard, so I personally didnt sleep well. Some parts of the bathroom needed attention as some tiles were broken. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed if you left them on the floor. Overall it was a great location and value for money.

Only 3 nights stay 5/29-6/1. I was given a room set up for disabled person and smelled like hospital. I asked to be switched another room and was told they were sold out that I had to wait next day. 135a- I woke up in a sweat. It was so hot the AC failed. No where to be found any contact number for front desk nor other areas for help. I had to go downstairs and let her know how I felt. Not so cool. Strike two. Also the area this hotel at is boring and nowhere close to shopping area or tourist spots. That was my mistake. So if you are staying here room 107 is for wheelchair access guest and it smells like a hospital. I was able to move to regular standard room on following day. On the second room the lamp next to bed is not working. Must be needing new lightbulb. I paid decent amount for the stay. It had free breakfast. Pretty much only had opportunity for one day. Times 0730-1030a I came down to eat breakfast at 10am and they were completely out of meat and when I asked if there’s any ham left , I was told I came down too late. Like it was my fault. Instead of apologizing. I don’t think I will stay here again. Be warn. When you are just trying to enjoy your vacation and had to deal with so many issue. Lastly, I booked a ride they call it transfer to the airport. I was advised that I have to pay upfront to the front desk but failed to tell me only in cash. I barely had enough and none left to tip the driver.
