This is a middle of the road property. It’s not super nor is it disgusting. It has what you need but it’s not up to date and a tad dirty around the property. There is a tube close by which is nice for travel.

Do not stay here unless you are looking for a place that vibes “landlord special, cheap, not maintained, bachelor apartment”. The pictures they present are not accurate as each unit is apparently different. There is no relaxing, homey vibe the pictures suggest. It’s above a bar and the windows on the front of the building are old single pane and DO NOT block ANY noise. We were in 201 and could hear word for word conversations happening on the street when we were in the living area. In our apartment the bedrooms were on the back of the building and it was much quieter in there. I am including video of the mold in the bathroom, dingy tub, and general disrepair. England is full of “older” units but this one didn’t really try to be presentable. Cons-You can hear the people walking in the apartment above you, and hear everything on the street. There were NO PROTECTIVE COVERS on the mattress or pillows. No Air Conditioning available. Has washer/dryer combo but ours would not hold the door closed. Front door deadbolt didn’t work. Pros- high ceilings, big rooms, very close to tube station and restaurants. Towels and sheets seemed clean. Top surfaces of counters seemed clean.

Had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but were told wasn’t available so 2 x 1 bedroom apartment quick check in had to leave card details as deposit apartments were on floor 3 lift available very spacious apartments clean everything we needed for 1 night tea coffee sugar supplied tap water in fridge great appreciated on a hot day the apartment we were in an apartment at the back sun on it and was very hot air conditioning was efficient but was unable to open windows in living area Comfortable bed shower was good washing machine provided if needed dishwasher in kitchen as well plenty of wardrobe space and hooks in apartment Luggage room available to use before and after check out which was very handy Would definitely stay here again for a trip to London

Great spot near Liverpool Street Station

This was a great place to stay just across from the Liverpool Street Station. The apartment was very spacious and met our needs. Note that there is not air conditioning, but the fan was great. It was also great to be able to park our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thanks!

This hotel is not for sleeping

They are good and bad parts of the location of the hotel. The good part is that is directly across the road from a main line train station with good links to the airport and Central London. The bad part is that the hotel is directly above two very busy bars and a bus stop. If you plan to get any sleep then this should not be the hotel for you. There's also street lights that shine directly into the rooms that are street-facing. They do not have any curtains in the rooms, so the rooms are lit up all the night. As for the noise that is outside, you will definitely feel that you are in the middle of the bar at 1:00 in the morning. The hotel does offer rollaway beds but these are not rollaway beds, they'll be giving you air mattresses. This hotel is really only suitable for bachelor /bachelorette parties who are in town for the night life and transport connections. Inside the apartments, it's pretty limited and basic, but good enough for young party goers.

This apartment was amazing - plenty of space for a family, and lots of natural light. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shopping opportunities, and there are 2 grocery stores within a block or two. The Liverpool Street Tube station is across the street, making transportation easy. I think the Tower of London is within walking distance, but we didn't walk it. The only downside was that our apartment was on the 5th floor, and the elevator was not working while we were there. Given that the lobby is on the ground floor, trudging up five floors with luggage was not pleasant.

Great location for us across the street from Liverpool Station since we came from Heathrow Airport and we're going out of Stansted Airport. Easy to walk to central London sights.Clean, large room. Friendly, helpful staff that had a lot of work to do since the lift was down.
