Unfortunately the lift was broken And the room and bathroom smelled like mold and bleach. We had to sleep with window open and fans on to try to air out the smell.

Plumbing in shower was clogged-water was spilling out and it became disgusting. Too late for any maintenance to be done. We had to wait until the next day. There was no option given to change to another room. Breakfast was mediocre…a woman was handing out cold toasted bread. Need I say more.
What you see was the curtain in the room. Pretty elegant.

Hotel location is perfect everything is very accessible. At reception staff was quiet rude no hospitality no welcoming attitude. At arrival staff asked me to fill a card i found on card alot of details asked but no GDPR reference put there so i write it down my data should be dealt with confidentiality and must not be used anywhere else. Receptionist (male) start questioning me on this WHY U PUT THIS WHY WHY this is hotel not shop etc. I just politely said when i agree to all of your terms and conditions why you start questioning me with one sentence that i put to secure my side. No bath matt. Bath towel was on floor as bath matt. No tooth paste. TV screen was very old.

We only stayed for a night, it was comfortable enough, location was ideal. Unfortunately the lift was out of order which was inconvenient as I was travelling with a buggy and small child but we were only on the first floor.
