Room was clean but sparse and small, but I was forced to overnight near Kingscross due to train schedules, so it served the purpose. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Great location and staff really helpful. Small room but had everything we needed and really clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Disliked: Room comfort
Friendly and helpful receptionist. Last minute booking. Converted town house. Crazy tiny bathroom, steep stairs. No lift. No air con or fan. Warm night…open window…Noisy street.
Great location for St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations. Room was nice and clean. Small but not unusual for central London hotel. Wifi was good. Very close to the main road and so could hear traffic noise, especially horns blowing.
Stayed for 2 nights with my son. The staff were so helpful, polite and truly lovely people who genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay! Something that lacks in larger hotels. The rooms had everything we needed and were clean. The location is excellent for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations and also about a leisurely 30 minute walk into Leicester Square. Would highly recommend this wee gem of a hotel- I will definitely be back
Was a small room close to tube and train.
Although the bathroom and shower were rather small, was a perfect space for my needs. Wasn’t looking for a room to hang out in. With so much to see, it makes a great crash pad easy to access
I rarely leave negative reviews and feel worse as the place is independently run. The positive first is it’s next to King’s Cross for the Eurostar and is the only reason I booked it. The negatives, the room stank. Growing up on a council estate, the room equalled the smell of an unwashed, cigarette ridden mouldy apartment. I can only imagine the local council has put up long term homeless tenants in this hotel. I couldn’t leave the window open whilst I slept due to the noise outside which is to be expected in London. The room was roasting due to no air con or desktop fan at a minimum. Lastly as an experienced traveller I always bring ear plugs, however even over ear plugs you can hear every rattle and creak which combined with inconsiderate guests is a recipe for a nightmare. The hotel can’t control guests but they can control sound proofing. Just pay the extra for a travelodge or a premier inn, you won’t get any sleep in this hotel and you will start your travels off grumpy!
