The hotel was very close to the Tower of London and the Tower Hill tube stop. Our room was very spacious and th staff was quick to help us with anything we needed. There were also many pubs that were within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staying at the Apex London Hotel was a disappointing experience, especially for someone who travels frequently. I encountered several issues, including an overflowing shower, an unclean bathroom, and a dirty room. The room staff, who didn’t speak English fluently, struggled to communicate, and the front office manager promised to follow up but never did. After all the complaints, I was offered only a free breakfast, which felt dismissive. Even when I checked out, the promised communication never materialized, with a mere offer of a discount on a future stay. Overall, it was a lacklustre experience with poor maintenance, communication, and customer service.

Excellent stay. My friend and I so enjoyed returning to the hotel after day long adventures in London. The staff was phenomenal- attentive to all details: water by the bed daily, comfy room with good beds and an amazing buffet breakfast! DJ was our server our last night and he was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed only one night but it was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff decorated our room so beautifully, there was wine and chocolate. They provided us with a free room upgrade so we stayed on a suite instead. Omg! We loved it. Thank you so much!! The hotel was very elegant, clean, comfortable and close to the London Tower.

Loved the experience here, the staff were very kind and welcoming, and very quick to respond to any questions or requests! They took great care of us! The restaurant was also lovely and breakfast was well-worth the price. The entire place was very clean, very quiet, and felt so luxurious. Would love to stay here again!
