Breakfast area full of flies, didn’t eat there despite having prepaid breakfast , had to request toilet roll fir room twice , stairs looked like they hadn’t seen a Hoover for days and receptionist was fast asleep behind the desk

Rude Reception Staff

Pros: location
Cons: staff friendlyness
Location: everything you could imagine. great location
Staff were rude but location is okay. The room was quite clean so I can't complain about that. They made me pay £5 for wifi which was extremely slow and practically useless, at least from the 2nd floor (3rd in the US).

Great location but VERY basic.

Bathroom condition was not good, dirty, ill fitting fixtures and very dirty and stained shower curtain. Not the room we booked, bigger but very tired looking. In flat instead of hotel, would not have felt safe there alone! Only a Yale on the door. Fire doors not working ect. Was very cheep, so wasn't expecting a palace, but basic shouldn't mean dirty.

Visit to London

The hotel is in a good location to move around London, the rooms were very small and very dirty. The only thing that was clean were the bedsheets the blanket that is kept in the room smelt like it had not been washed in years. The decor was falling apart, and there is no ac. i found the from office staff very rude, you have to ask for a tv remote control, which i found weird and the milk supplied in my room was out of date. I wanted to stay an hour longer but there was no flexibility at all from the reception staff 11am is very early to check out The towels are so small they aren't big enough to wrap around the body, and I didn't feel to comfortable in the lifts.

Terrible avoid !!!!

horrendous hotel avoid at all costs would rather of slept rough. Staff rude and arrogant!!

Cheap, so don't complain

Perfect location, but pretty run down hotel. It is cheap, but there is a reason for that. If you look for anything else but a place to sleep near Paddington, don't go here.

Great one night stay

After reading some worrying reviews, we were blown away by the high standard of the hotel upon arrival. Though the entrance, lift and hallways look a little shabby, the room we were in was fantastic. It was clean and spacious, with double doors that opened up, overlooking the street. Yes... it can be noisy, but this hotel is in the heart of Paddington and the location is fantastic. There was a kettle and tea/coffee and basic toiletries. The only negative would be the size of the bathroom - quite on the small side - but this basic room really had all we could need.

Paddington

Budget hotel good location in Paddington area near the station. Rooms basic and clean enough, no great luxury but not expected. Fairly noisy as on main road with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Probably suitable if on a tight budget but recommend pay extra for better hotel in the area.

The location couldn't have been better, the price was amazing, and the room (one of the recently refurbished ones I was told) provided all I needed for my overnight stay
