Excellent value for an excellent located room. A couple minutes walk from Paddington tube and station. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Decor a little dated and bathroom was small, but we were very impressed for the low cost.

I was greeted by a really lovely worker, he was friendly and professional, and offered a free upgrade which was very kind and made my stay feel more special. The room was a perfect temperature, spacious and had a lovely tea and coffee station. Hair dryer included which is always a nice bonus and spare towels. I had a pleasant stay at Barry House Hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around. The only downside was that the window in my room was broken and couldn’t close properly. Since it was March, the temperatures weren’t extremely low, but it did make the room a bit chilly. To their credit, the hotel immediately provided a heater, which made the stay comfortable despite the issue. I appreciated the quick response and the effort to make things right. With that small fix, it would have easily been a 5‑star experience
