Very small room for two people. Barely enough room for luggage. Windows are not double glazed which is a huge problem given the proximity to the train station. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast options were extremely poor and very bad food quality.

The staff was exceptionally warm and gracious, providing recommendations for our London stay / Chelsea Flower Show experience. The hotel was cozy, clean and very accommodating; perfectly located between Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station - transportation was easy and safe! Great offering of diverse dining options in walking distance - delish!!

It was less than £100 so I can't complain too much. It's small and noisy if you don't like constant trains (didn't bother me) its spotlessly clean to be fair. Fine for one night is my advice.

The hotel is located in a great area very close to the train station. I arrived early at 10am but was told I could have an early check in which I was not expecting but really appreciated. The room I was given was small but it was a single room so was happy enough. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was right beside the train track so at times you could hear the trains going passed but this did not bother me. I would stay here again.

I recently had 4 nights at the Best Western on Buckingham Palace Road, whilst attending a very intense training course in London. Sadly, I never got to eat at the hotel. However, I can say that the owners and staff who met me, as well as those that dealt with any queries any questions I had were extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this Best Western and would definitely stay there again.

Good stay, Great staff

We arrived a day late for our reservation (airline problems from the U.S.). The staff was wonderfully accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and tough our stay was considered a “no show,” the staff made it a point to find a room for us and even checked us in early (2 hrs). The rooms are small, but upon reservation, you know that. My wife and I were comfortable and easily fit 3 large suitcases, plus carry-ons with room to maneuver. This hotel is central to most things, it’s less than a 10min walk to Buckingham Palace and other sites. This was a good 3 days stay for us

An ok hotel let down by very noisy rooms.

This is an ok hotel, small but clean and well. Appointed rooms. There seems to be two sides perhaps, I wasn't in the main building (room 11). The room was very noisy being right next to the tracks 2ith trains running until very late and from early in the morning. The people walking around on very creaky floorboards above, and folks slamming doors and shouting at 6.30am. Sadly, the breakfast was very poor with soggy sausage rolls and what I assume was processed scrambled egg along with some boiled eggs being the only hot food.
