Noisy room with the Trainline

Room was overlooking the Trainline out of Victoria station so was woken by the first train. Fairly noisy

We had some problems in London. The counter people and absolutely above and beyond to help us sort out our problems. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to the Victoria train station. Would like to thank all the staff for making our stay memorable.

The train was very noisy, which disturbed our sleep. But the worst part was our room. The AC broke and they couldn’t fix it. Instead they offered fans but the temp in our room went from 25 to 31 degrees by morning. It was terrible and we couldn’t sleep
