Very convenient to Paddington Train and Underground. Shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Clean and modern inside. Room was very small - maybe even smaller than expected- but worked for single person and the price was better than other options. As a single woman I felt safe.

My mom and I had a great stay here! The room was small but very clean. In a great area close to many good food places and Paddington Station. Only complaint was that our key card stopped working, which is also the key card for our safe, so it was an entire dilemma where we had to get our key card switched and the hotel manager had to come to our room to open the safe. The room also had very strong AC. Otherwise, great stay.

No frills, comfortable hotel

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. I had a small single room on the top floor with a comfortable bed and an ensuite bath. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and convenient. I would stay here again.

Great hotel near major train station and the tube. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks and cold water machine by the lobby. The staff was excellent. We arrived early to leave our luggage. The person at the desk (we don’t recall his name) called to check what time our room would be ready and informed us that if we waited 5 minutes, we could access our room. That was very kind of him and appreciated. Then when our flight got cancelled and we needed to stay another night, Jason, at the front desk went above and beyond to switch things around so we could keep our same room. Thank you so much for these efforts.
