The room was cozy (small) but very clean with all the essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable to the point that my wife wanted to take it home with her. And the location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from Paddington Station, and many restaurants and pubs to choose from just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. But, the only negative was the coffee/expresso/cappuccino machine in the lobby was not available until 7:30 am. Not 7:28 or 7:29, 7:30! Even if you have an early morning tour to catch!

End of Cruise stay

The room was very updated with new electronics that operated the lights, shower and room requests. It's a small room but it worked for us and we had a lot of luggage from transitioning from a cruise to land travel. The continental breakfast was great with lots of good choices.

We would come back

Nice place, room is quite small and ours too close to a motor rooms but no noise arrived inside there. No views at all, but still, we could sleep comfortably. It's very cnear to Hyde park and Paddington station.

I would consider this a utility stay if you really don't care about your room size and just need a place to stay while you enjoy the city. The rooms are ridiculously small and pretty clean though my toilet was left unflushed. What I'd call a compact full size bed was basically touching the wall on both sides. The shower would not suit anyone who happens to have a few extra pounds. That being said, it's in a great location. Very close to Paddington station in walkable to Piccadilly.

This hotel was very convenient to Paddington station. It was modern and clean with friendly helpful staff. The single room was small but had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I would stay there again.
