Stayed due to the proximity of the station which was not too far. Loved the area surrounding, lots of food options. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof so I was kept awake by loud guests next door at different hours. Understandable due to the compact nature of these hotels. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

The hotel website mentions an ethos of style over space which is a reasonable summary, although the style is simple minimalism. Essentially it provides reasonably priced (for London) quiet, small (with en suite) rooms. A decent continental breakfast is also available.

Interesting hotel in a row of "flat-wide" hotels. I had a room that was small and garden level, no windows. The modern design was nice, with touchscreen lighting controls that worked well. Nice modern shower controls. What a great hotel just a couple of blocks from Paddington station.

We arrived about three hours before check-in, hoping just to drop off our bags, but to our delight, our rooms were already ready. What a wonderful surprise—it gave us the chance to shower and freshen up before heading out to explore the city. The rooms were small but well-equipped with everything we needed. Interestingly, one had a refrigerator while the other didn’t, but that was a minor detail. The only real disappointment was that the coffee machine was out of order for a few days—after getting used to enjoying an evening cappuccino, we definitely missed it! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat.

We booked this hotel, because it had a lift. Only to discover that our room had stair access even if we used lift. Step out of room also a trip hazard. Staff obligingly carried our luggage to and from room. Room was smaller than imagined and difficult to manage space with two full size suitcases and carry on luggage. Expensive for what we got. Beds comfortable, room was quiet, bathroom small but in excellent condition. Good quality sheets and towels. Tea making facilities available in room. Would stay again on an overnight stay, only, due to convenient location from Paddington Station, but would ensure that the lift serviced my room, or room was on ground floor.

The hotel was near Paddington Station with many restaurants nearby. I got to check in early which was very appreciated as I had a long flight over. The hotel room is very tiny but extremely clean. The free coffee service was great.
