Lovely setting and staff, tasty breakfast options, not the best of showers i have to add but would definitely return

Hotel and grounds fantastic, majority of staff are on point however some individuals are overly friendly and opinionated to the point it came across as sarcastic.

Cons: small fridge in bedroon would be great
well for some reason our booking through you was not communicated to the hotel. But that worked out because they gave us an upgrade to a nice suite. ( for which reason I am pretty sure their own feedback to you was not quite so pleasant)

Nice stay - close to Harry Potter Studios

The location is very nice. Staff Friendly. We went the restaurant on the first night and the service was very good. The food was nice, but the vegetarian meal was a bit disappointing. Staff tried their best to resolve this. The rooms in the new building were nice, plenty of space. However, the doors do slam and we were woken up on 2nd night.

Lovely hotel

we were only there for a few hours but we had a lovely time Just one issue we had was at check out when I had the night concierge/porter arguing with me and claiming that my bill was not paid and infact it was I guess these things happen
