Staff friendly, annex room was clean. Woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning to drilling and banging where builders were working on the flat/room above. Mentioned this to reception at check-out but they seemed hesitant to offer any form of reimbursement or help. Maybe we just got unlucky but this really ruined our stay.

I was close to the Victoria station. The man at the front desk was very helpful and helped me figure out the trains I needed to catch. I was in a rush and I wouldn’t have been successful if it wasn’t for him! Rooms are very clean and modern.

The staff were friendly and a great help for my enquiry. The hotel annex was not far from the main hotel and the room was clean and the shower good. The staff allowed us to keep the bags with them which was fantastic.
