Very well located hotel. The rooms are small (yet the beds are huge) but are very well designed. The smaller rooms are especially convenient for single travellers. There are also larger rooms. The vibe of the hotel makes it a place to hang out.

Great Location

Sat right on top of the Tower Hill station this location has not only an amazing view of The Shard and Tower of London but also easy access to the metro. Just a 20 minute walk to either Bank or Liverpool street allows you to explore the popular parts of London easily. CitizenM is a great experience and for solo travelers it is my favorite option. Feel free to drop your bags off when you arrive or ask for an early check in.

Modern and friendly hotel

The hotel was so cool and so modern. The communal spaces are designed so nicely with London theming all around. If you’re working during your travel there are plenty of spaces to work from that are quiet and private. The room was so cute and designed so well! Perfect size for 2 people and the most incredible view. It’s small but you don’t particularly feel likes it’s a tiny room with the clever way it’s designed. Would highly recommend

Cool spot in great location.

Beautiful property, great energy and location. I was there for one night and was very impressed. Clean, comfortable and very cool layout. The lobby was slick and welcoming. Perfect access to the subway and walking paths. I hope to come stay for a longer time.

Love it!

Amazing hotel, stayed in 2 before. Despite cosy size they dont feel small. Def go for an external room not internal. Partial gimpse of tower of london from room. Bed massive and comfy (pillows could be softer). Shower amazing and so quiet (floor 7). Rooftop bar a + also although not cheap cocktails amazing. Gf coffee shop v good for breakfast.

Style over substance, with no heart

Perfectly fine, but lacked any human connection. Check-in is akin to a supermarket self checkout. Room promises hi tech functionality - but nothing which actually adds real value to the customer experience (and at worse detracts from it). Didn’t get it right for me, over promises and under-delivered but perhaps I’m not its target audience
