Really nice hotel! The underground is literally right next to the hotel so, I was able to get up early and hop on the train to tourist attractions. When I initially booked my stay, I requested a high rise view of the Tower of London. I didn’t expect to be directly in front of it with a perfect view!! My only complaint is that the rooms could be thoroughly cleaned. I noticed marks on the desk and vanity. Additionally, the sheets and pillows were not fresh. Other than that, I would come back again!

Very clean a different concept from normal hotels as if you need the restroom you have to monover over you partner but everthing else was good ...dont have the brown sause with breakfast its not good as i didn't no you could mess that up ...but for a short stay was enjoyable would sray again .

My room was very cold. I was given an extra duvet but it wasn’t helpful. Extremely uncomfortable. I also sent a message about transportation from the airport and I didn’t receive a response until the day that I was arriving.
