Certainly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

If you're reading these reviews, you should definitely take note. My experience was: - less that friendly staff - extremely hot room with no ventilation - dirty - dodgy wiring - did I say dirty? That being said, it was the cheapest place in the area (even at £124 for one night). In the future, I'll pay more and stay somewhere else.

Horrendously terrible. Bed bugs everywhere, discovered at 4am. Have still not received a reply to my complaints. Do not stay here!!! There will definitely still be bed bugs here!

AVOID! Do not waste your money

Room was smelling of dump, walls in awful state, dust everywhere, no ventilation. Shower hose pipe leaking. Overall not a good experience

Broken room

The handle of the bathroom was smashed off, the bed was broken (box bed frame things with one of them completely broken). No shower mat so the bathroom got soaking and didnt dry. It was the hottest day of the year and no fans or aircon - though it was also hotter than even the outside by miles. The one good thing was the nice man when i left didnt charge me for a few hours of luggage storage.

I chose the hotel for location and price though it quickly became apparent why it was inexpensive. The first room I was given had only a broken key and upon entering, I found there was no way to lock the room while inside. They gave me another room which did lock but seemed surprised at that fact. Doorknobs fell off when used, much of the hotel seems in a state.

The good: Great location, near Pimlico station and walking distance from Victoria The not great: No air con so we had to leave the window open (outside the window was a ‘popular hangout’ for pigeons and a pipe that sounded like we were under a waterfall when used), no free wi-fi, the tv didn’t work, towels were too small. The bad: The handle on the bathroom was not secure, the shower was too close to the toilet bowl so I couldn’t sit facing forward as there was insufficient legroom, there was a ladder set up next to our window which didn’t make us feel especially secure.

Thankfully I am ok with just having a bed to sleep in at night, but for the average traveler this place may make you want to run the other way. Walls were filthy, water from the toilet leak on the bathroom floor, shower door broken, no door knob on the bathroom door, and damage to the bottom of bathroom door. Again we stayed and didnt complain becuase we just wanted a bed for the night and this fulfilled that, however the edge of the matress is really worn down from everyone using it as a seat. If you are looking for a budget friendly place and not too picky this is the place for you, if you would rather not question what is going on in the rooms around keep looking.

When we checked in were offered anotheroom apparently nicer in another property 12 mins walk. We took it as we felt the reason was our room was not ready even at 4pm. The room we had we entered through someones kitchen, the bathroom was unclean with empty bottles, half drunk bottle of water
