Other than the curtains being broken resulting in no privacy and me needing to tie the broken curtain to the bed post, the hotel was easy to find, staff was polite, wifi was strong and consistent, room was spacious (rare for LDN) and clean, and the portable AC was mint. Overall great stay and I'd go again.

We really enjoyed the hotel. I agree with some reviewers comments about worn carpets and light bulbs out in the hotel. However, our room was large and comfortable, the location near the Gloucester St tube station was great, and the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel was clean and had the amenities we needed.

The hotel is in an excellent location, Our room was comfortable and spacious. The king size bed comfortable after a full day of activities in London. The shower, piping hot water every morning and night. Breakfast was more than adequate. A special shout out to Max, the day manager, always helpful and accommodating. We will come back.

Property needs some repairs, TV in room had no power cabl3, no remote, wallpaper was coming off in the bedroom, bathroom tap kept dripping, some draws were broken. Staff where friendly and kind. Furter the hotel is good to stay if you just need to sleep in the room.

The Hotel was in a good location ,the decor was poor . However the bedding was white and clean ,which was a big plus .I did not do breakfast and would have liked a kettle in the room .I just used bottled water instead .
