Firstly they put us in the furthest room away ...only upside to that was we could actually leave via an exit at the back of the hotel. There was a double and single bed in the room so struggled to actually get between the 2! The tv was on the wall so you had to sit on the double bed against the opposite wall to watch! The shower leaked water all over the floor due to the shower screen not heing fitted/sealed properly. The pillows on the bed were extremely thin so needed at least 3 to get somewhere near comfortable. Only good thing was the price was cheap and nit too bad a location

My shower did not function. I kept telling them and they kept telling me that someone would repair it (this never happened in my 4 day stay). Actually, I'm pretty sure that no one ever entered in my room to attempt to repair it. So I showered using a glass and the water from the sink and asked for a hairdryer. It took 3 days and a harsh tone to finally get it. The room (without the showersituation) was acceptable for the price.

The fooor had stains on it! The air vent was filled with dust! The net was black in need if a wash! I know the hotel was on a main road but double glazing wouldn't go a miss!

Good location, everything else terrible!!!!!!

I’m not by no means fussy when it comes to hotels however, we went to London for my husbands birthday with the kids, 3 and 7. The hotel room was dirty, broken floor tiles, carpets were disgusting. Cusions worn and smelly, lampshade broken, shower trickles, toilet flush button broken, curtains you couldn’t get shut. Decor looks like my 3 year old painted, windows fling wide open to a huge drop. Room was meant to have hair dryer - it didn’t. Walls like paper which doesn’t bother me but if I can hear them, then other can hear my kids! Nothing about the room made you feel comfy after walking around London all weekend. Really disappointed. The only upside was the location, but I’d rather travel an extra hour then stay in this hotel again.

old, dated, furniture broken and stuffy

Pros: the location was handy
Cons: it all
We were in the basement of this hotel. I dont expect a lot from a hotel as long as it is functional, comfortable and clean. this was none of those things. As we were down in the basement the room temperature was either boiling hot or the air con made the room freezing cold. The handle fell off the wardrobe door, the bathroom door was difficult to open or shut and the smell coming from a nearby store room/shower made me feel like we were breathing in germs or chemicals. for the £100 a night pricetag I feel ebookers and the hotel should be ashamed of themselves

L'établissement était archi-sale et insalubre. Moisissures sous les fenêtres, murs sales, insectes dans la salle de bain, ... c'est impensable de présenter des chambres dans un tel état. Le personnel n'est ni accueillant ni gentil. Les images de l'hôtel qui sont affichées sur ebookers ne correspondent nullement à la réalité de l'établissement. Tout cela est irrecevable.
