Nice looking comfortable room but there was a regular very loud buzzing mechanical noise from cable boxes in the ceiling. Someone came to look and heard it but said there were no spare rooms so I couldn’t move. A real shame this happened as it spoiled what could have been a comfortable stay.

Good service and good food even room service good and not that expensive. Bathrooms really small, toilet crammed in barely room for your legs. Shower good and massive could have utilised space better. Black around windows and window sill

not particularly good, ran out of key cards for me to check in. got woken up at 4:45am as my room was next to a cleaning closest and emergency exit. The staff kept going in and out of this repeatedly and I couldn’t sleep. Also there was a chocolate wrapper left in my room

There was no lobby and we got in early from an overflight from JFK and were left to walk the streets for hours, we are both in our late 60's and had been traveling with little sleep. we had to carry our heavy luggage up a set of stairs to check in, no assistance offered. The room was tiny, I had to walk sideways to get out of bed. Lack of towels. Shampoo and soap pumps in the shower did not work properly. Shower itself was very good. Hotel did not have any amenities. Room temperature was to warm, even after adjusting themostat.

The air conditioning was making noises throughout the evening. A loud disturbing sound that kept me awake. The quality of the bed and pillows were poor. The pillows were soft and need updating. Two single beds were joined together but you could feel the dip between the two. Location is good, close to Euston. The hotel does the job but jas potential to be better

Great for hospital visits.

The staff was very accomodating in getting me checked in early, it was a perfect location for hospital visits (family member was in the hospital opposite). The room was perfectly formed, shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. I will certainly look to book again.

Very close to Euston Station which was the primary reason for booking here. Room was big and clean and had everything I needed. Bathroom sink drained very slowly but apart from that I had no complaints. Would definite stay again in same sized room. Would maybe recommend or suggest having a small chair or sofa to sit on as the only chair was a standard one for the dressing table and wouldn’t be. Comfortable to sit in for long periods of time.
