Hidden Gem!

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff and the restaurant was really great! The Wizard rooms are super cute and they have DVD’s you can borrow to add to the experience! Only minor complaint was some minor maintenance issues like the toilet paper holder which fell off the wall numerous times as it was missing a part. Not enough to downgrade our experience though! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the basement apartment. It offered a lot of space for us, two parents and two teens. Main bed was comfortable and teens had their own room & beds. Very nice little garden and kitchen area with tea / coffee making facilities. Central location but quiet. Tons of dining options near by. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

A nice property walking distance to cafes and Victoria station. We had one night in the apartment which was in a different building but was spacious and nicely kitted out. Unfortunately there was an unavoidable issue with our apartment so we were moved into a double room. The staff were very helpful and refunded our first nights accommodation and included a very nice breakfast.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! It was in a perfect quiet location for us. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely, clean, beautiful furnished and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, even taking out bags we had dropped off in the morning round to our appointment before check in. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay

Good hotel

Well located hotel and good value for money. Stayed in the Harry Potter room, kids loved it. Staff very friendly and accommodating, breakfast really good. Wizard coins great. Liked the way the children’s beds could be curtained off so they had their area. Only two negative points would be the sink in the bathroom was so small and in the wall, it was impossible to wash your face without getting water everywhere. The room was also a bit too dark.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. Unfortunately none of the 8 plug sockets in the room were placed in a practical position for the 30cm kettle lead so we were unable to have a hot drink. I also rang several days in advance to enquire about a breakfast bag as we had a very early appointment in the morning. The person who took my call didn't want my name or date of booking and assured me that it could be sorted when we checked in. It wasn't easy and we left the next morning without breakfast.
