Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. Seriously amazing if I’m being really honest. Helped to store luggage for us whilst we were in Europe, they went out of their way to assist us with late checkout as our flight wasn’t until 10pm at night back to Australia and everybody we dealt with had a great sense of humour.

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Our room was a cosy room on the top floor, we have stayed in smaller standard rooms!!! The room was lovely, perfect size, lots of space and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive, and friendly. We didn’t get to the spa, but if it’s like the rest of the hotel it’s prob fab. Definitely would stay here again, really close the the Baker Street tube station, and central for walking also.

It was our first stay at this hotel and we were very impressed. It’s in a good central area with lots to do nearby. Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Lovely bar and restaurant and interesting features including a billiards room and nice seating areas. The breakfast is served in the restaurant and is à la carte rather than buffet which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at holnes hotel from check in to check out. We would like to give a special thank you to Eddie, he went above and beyond for us, even when he should have been finishing for the evening he stayed later to bring our bags to our unexpected upgraded room himself. Room was large and clean, ESPA products in bathroom smelled lovely. Wifi was good. Evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The only negative point was that there was no aircon as it was not turned on until May despite it being 26°C.
